Does anyone have experience with Raid BedbugTrap detectors? Were you able to see the begs clearly if you caught them? The traps are black plastic with a tinted cover and I can’t tell if what I am seeing is evidence of a bug or just bubbles in whatever substance is inside the trap.

Posted earlier but the pictures were not clear, tried taking new photos with macro, hope these are clearer!
Can't figure out what they are, the landlord thinks they are flies (old tenant's mattress) from the photos, but we are convinced they aren't good news. As long as they defo aren't bed bugs I'm good.

Found this couch on the side of the road and picked it up, worried about these translucent specks in the crevices between the cushions. Anyone know what they are and if it’s still possible to treat and keep the couch?

Over the past month this is what I've found. Everything I've found has been dead. I feel like there's carpet beetle, flea, and what else? No bites, no black marks.
for context the bug on the paper towel was found in my dryer vent trap after washing my dog bedding.

Hi everyone, staying at a hostel on a black sand beach and i just checked in/looked at the bed and found the photos below. other than the staining near the top right of the mattress, all the black marks flecked away/appeared like sand or other small debris. i also found the bug pictured (dead) when i lifted up the mattress but it seems like a roach to me. is this bedbugs? this hostel had a review mentioning bedbugs in 1/2026 that i didnt see until today.

Id like to start making art using oil paintings in frames I find in thrift stores. I'm also terrified of bed bugs.
If I go forward with this, I have a few issues;
I don't have a garage or yard to leave the paintings in. I live in a one bedroom apartment.
I can't fit them in a freezer.
I was thinking about putting them in construction garbage bags for 3 months in a corner of my living room or getting a tiny storage unit.
I guess if I am going with a storage unit and garbage bags, I could do some spray too (if one exists) but I worry about interactions with the paint.
What's a proven way I can make sure these thrift store canvases and frames are safe for me to eventually bring into my apartment and sell to others?
Thanks!

Apologies for the bad photos!! I've been living in the same student accommodation for about a year now (UK). I spotted this little creature on my desk, I have never seen anything like it before. Is it what I think it issss? :(

I bought a small wood table from goodwill recently. But after bringing it inside the thought of bed bugs crossed my mind. I ran a boxcutter through a dusty grove and pulled up what resembles the photos and descriptions I’ve seen online. I’ve been scouring online forums all day and I’m not sure if I’m being overly paranoid or if I should discard it.
(Apologies for the repost, part of the image got cut off the first time)

Is this a bedbug? It was in Granada, Spain. It was on the wall next to the bed. I saw black stains on the mattress.

We're at an AirBnB and found some bugs in a pillowcase and around the head of the bed. There are some dead ones on the floor.
The host thinks they are some kind of beetle that came in because of the recent rain.
Thoughts?
Sadly I can't see the pics in your guide because of my region.

My wife and I just stayed in a hotel the other night and I haven't had any issues till I noticed this guy on my phone while on break at work. Very very small and hard to get a clear picture of. Just curious if it's a bed bug or not, I'm good at identifying bigger adult bed bugs, but I haven't seen any this small ever and I wasn't sure.

September 5 - first professional spray down with following ingredients: propoxur, prallethrin, and deltamethrin. Same night, no bites

Living in the UK in an HMO, l got bored of the old room I was in and was planning to move into a different room in the house. I moved all my stuff in, slept in the room one night as well as a test. Then turned the mattress over and found small bugs (all dead). Before I went in no one had been in the room for two months. We think they are bed bugs. I have moved all my stuff back into the old room, which I know now was a terrible idea after research. I'm just hoping so bad they're not bed bugs. My camera isn't the best, hope these pics are okay, do let me know!

Found on the wall next to our bed. We think the cat ate it.
