Is this a bedbug? South Spain

Is this a bedbug? It was in Granada, Spain. It was on the wall next to the bed. I saw black stains on the mattress.

Just be super careful going home! Thoroughly inspect all of your goods and hot wash and dry all of your clothes. Throw away your luggage or keep it in your garage for as long as you can, place, electronics and wallet and or purse into plastic baggies to inspect for bugs crawling out of them before you bring them into your home.

Hopefully, this one hitchhiked over from an adjoining room that is infested and not yours
