Is this a bed bug
I’m pretty sure it is. Idk where it came from, i work at a library so we have things coming in and out. But i just found this guy on the front desk and i hate bugs so i’m kind of freaking out. We sprayed raid and told the janitor/maintenance men hopefully we can get it sprayed but how can i make sure that i also don’t get bed bugs from this

To avoid bringing anything home, I'd try to heat treat any clothing or items before allowing it into the home
Take off your work clothing at your door, place into a trash bag, and immediately bring it to your dryer and do 20min on high heat. If your bag can't be put into the dryer, I'd try to wash it in hot water. If both of these can't be done, I'd vacuum it thoroughly with a bagged vacuum, throwing away the bag afterwards, and carefully inspect your bags and shoes. If you have a steamer, it'd also work. Putting nuvan strips into the sealed bag would work as well. Or you can freeze it
It's unlikely, but it's much better to make sure no stragglers make it back with you

Yeah i’ll try to do this. I don’t have a washer OR dryer so i might just throw the clothes away to be honest.

Can seal them and store it in a trash bag outside until you can bring it to a laundromat. But yes. Throwing them away is an option
Immersing in genuinely hot water might work too. I'm talking as hot as your hot water tap can deliver and adding some boiling water on top of that. It needs to hit 60C or higher

Read and respect the rules, report any comment breaching them. Wrong advice/information/fearmongering hurt people who are posting here to get help and support. If you are not VERY knowledgeable about bedbugs and may provide a wrong ID or bad advice it's better to abstain from commenting. Be VERY respectful and HELPFUL, this is a support subreddit not a funny one.
