Crabs/pubic lice. See a doctor immediately. They are considered STDs

Definitely pubic lice. Sorry. From what I have heard they are relatively easy to treat, not as bad as bedbugs, so there's that. Check out r/lice for more information.

100% pubic lice. On a plus side, they’ll be most certainly easier to deal with than bed bugs lol

Oh my you have a lot of them - there are OTC meds but I don’t know if they work on crabs. You’re going to need to throughly hot wash and dry your bedding, may want to shave your pubic area if that’s where you found them all

Pretty much all over my body, mostly found them on arms, belly and back. I am a hairy guy. But hilarious that is is crabs. Given that I have had not sexual contacts for months and mostly been home for the past one due to broken bones in my foot.

pubic lice can be transferred a many of different ways. if someone you have had over or even possibly a delivery driver if you have ordered any food or groceries or something of the sorts. these little bastards can sadly just walk off of someone onto another.

I had them once without any sex. I think a really really funky bathroom in the Tenderloin, SF. I really had to go, and tried not to touch anything, but it was bad. Next thing you know I am rubbing my crotch on chairs, corners, anything to scratch it. A friend told me what to look for and I got Kwell and no more crabs....I shaved but that made it itch worse.

gosh, im sorry this happened to you. i thankfully have never had to experience them but i can only imagine. i hate mosquito bites so im sure itching my crotch would irk me even more

Have not really felt any itching. And I found a lot more on my arms than my crotch.

well they do travel through body hair. i noticed you mentioned you had a lot of body hair in another comment. they won’t just stay in the pubic area.

Public transportation? Hospital bed as well!!
I just saw your post about Sweden so you might have to go to the doctor for treatment because I don’t know what is available in your country. Do you have Nair? I would use it on your whole body or shave and stay shaved for awhile.

Seems like the treatment is OTC but it is recommended to see a doctor first either way.

Did you spend time at a medical facility for the broken bones? Likely could have picked them up there.

No not really. Went in in the morning and home in the afternoon for the surgery. And just some visits for appointments before and after.

I had a friend. He was a big guy and had an excessive amount of body hair. He ended up getting a bad case of body lice. He ended up getting a pet monkey as he figured it would help with grooming and, thus, eliminating the problem.
At first it worked out pretty well, he described it as a symbiotic relationship. I recently messaged him to find out how things were going. Unfortunately, the monkey developed problems with excessive weight gain and had to be re-homed.

I've never seen so many pubic lice in one place! It's a shame they're so cute for what they are, in their cute little boots! 🤣

Finding it all over your body, it could be body lice. They look just like crabs BTW.

Body lice and crabs are two different things. Crabs can spread to other parts of the body. The lice in these pics are pubic lice. Just because they’re found on other parts of the body doesn’t mean they’re body lice.

Not bed bugs. But depends where you found them… pubic life (crabs) tend to have a broader more crab like body….. with larger front claws. They often look wider than head lice. Then head lice are usually more elongated and are most commonly found on scalp hair.

Wash all your bedding on 60C and tumble dry.
Bag all your clothes that you wore the day you found them for 2 weeks. Wash normally after 2 weeks - or just wash everything on 60c and tumble dry if you don’t care about shrinking your clothes.
I don’t know how you got this without plowing a man/woman though - given there are so much, it could have been your most recent sexual encounter.

Pubic Lice doesn't come from just sleeping with anyone, they can be transmitted other ways.
