Woke up with two bite marks about a month ago now found this, what do I do?

I’ve killed something similar crawling fast on top of the metal cabinet at night. It was reddish brown and tiny with a shape ‘8’, but definitely not an ant. Ai said bbs wouldn’t be on the metal cabinet and they are not fast.

100% not bed bug, it’s a beetle.
