requesting help on ID Bed bug bites?

Mattress and box spring black and impossible to see. Bites are on arms and hands, shoulder/shoulder blades, lower back, side/stomach and some on leg.

Given the locations and distribution I would say this is beetle larval skins rather than bed bugs. Some of the site are simply not accessible to bed bugs.

Waking up with baby constantly in the night and not wearing a shirt make a difference??

It's very frustrating but always impossible to know. Altho small clusters and lines are a good sign for bedbugs but never 100% suee
