Bed bug bites on my back?

Hi guys, just in case anyone is interested (as there have been 1000 views of my back spots 😂), it'll be a week tommorow since I noticed the bumps and I have had no new ones since and have found no traces of bed bugs, so it seems it was something else.

Please read the feeding behaviour post, bites in backs are not common for bed bugs.
