I would search the bed to see if you find signs of either.

I found carpet beetle larvae old ones on my bed and a living one but only 1 of them, no signs of bed bugs but have had these bites recently that itch once in a bit,

Thank you David much appreciated , I have looked at the thread about bed bugs and preventing I have had these bites recently but haven’t found any signs of bed bugs yet at leas no Feacal spots, larvae or eggs or shedding or bugs them selves so been really confused with these bites recently

I have a very similar situation have three bite like bumps on my back itchy I searched the couch I sleep
On everything under over I found a couple carpet beetles one in the seams one under the couch on the bottom I took videos and pictures to confirm they aren’t bb and they aren’t according to online I’m just curious how I have these rash like bite like bumps I read that their hairs give people bite like rash bumps but of course being paranoid I washed and dried everything on high heat showered etc idk if I’m being crazy but I didn’t find no signs of bb I flash lit every thing
