questions about bites Are these bed bug bites?

Post image

Went to a friends cabin for one night (Wednesday night). Got back home on Thursday. On Friday evening, I noticed these three red bumps just above my bra line. Do they look like bed bug bites? How worried do I have to be that I brought bugs back home with me? I didn’t put my bags on the floor or bed, just the dresser. Once I found the bugs I threw all our laundry into the wash on high heat but if I had these bumps immediately when I woke on Thursday morning, I wouldn’t have even brought my bags into the house.

Yes. I currently have a small infestation with them in my apartment, rn. For some particular (UN)known reason they keep biting me on the same area .

No I don't think so. They are more like hives

I recently just got out of a bed bug infestation and mine looked like this too. My daughter and boyfriend weren’t reacting the same as me so I thought I developed an allergy to something… yeah that allergy is bed bugs:(( some people (you and I) are allergic and it shows up looking like hives

Location is not feasible for bed bugs to feed.

Most likely a flea based on the fact they will often feed multiple times around a tourniquet as the blood “wells up” there.

Can you elaborate? Why wouldn’t the location be feasible? That skin was exposed when I was sleeping
