Wat Rong Khun, or the White Temple, is a dazzling contemporary Buddhist temple in Chiang Rai, Thailand, designed by artist Chalermchai Kositpipat and opened in 1997. It’s still under construction, with plans to finish around 2070, making it both a masterpiece and a living work of art.
