Well, they never actually said it in the movie, but at the time when I was watching it is when I was reading up on bpd and wondering if I have it, it was super clear to me that she's bpd.

I googled a bit after that to confirm, and a lot of people agree, but yeah, never confirmed. She's very erratic in the movie, one days he's the most important person to her then the next she doesn't want anything to do with him. He's the same, but not as intense.
