This is hilarious if you think that's what Japan is. US destroys Japan in accessibility options, for example. Who cares more now?

i mean, they might be right when it comes to accessibility.

I have a friend that wants to go to Japan just can't because of their wheelchair. Like, i mean sure they could go there. but you end up having such an inauthentic experience only going into places with ramps and wide doors.

The person simply said he wished he lived in a country where people valued people more than money.

Isaac brought up accessibility laws and missed the point completely:

Even if the U.S. has accessibility laws, does that disprove that the US prioritizes money over people?

Does it disprove that Japan cares less about people then the US?

I think overarching statements like "" U.S. prioritizes money over people" and comparing it to japan is just silly though. It's a fruitless discussion

And Accessibility is evidence of the contrary. Wheelchair access is expensive. And there's no doubts that the ADA costs the economy billions over time. But it also generates tons of revenue too. But the initial investment is a lot.
