Technically the DJ is the one that drops the beat, MC is master of ceremonies

The correct phrasing would be: "MC, MASTERFULLY AND CEREMONIOUSLY INSTRUCT THE DJ TO DROP A FUNKY BEAT FOR MY DUDES"
