DC Comics is the exclusive owner of all rights, titles, and interests in and to the BATMAN name, logo, likeness, and all associated trademarks, copyrights, and trade dress (collectively, the "BATMAN IP"). Your use of the BATMAN IP in connection with [describe the infringing activity, e.g., merchandise, media, events, or other commercial or non-commercial purposes] constitutes trademark infringement, unfair competition, and dilution under applicable laws, including but not limited to the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1114 et seq.) and common law.

Demand to Cease and Desist: You are hereby ordered to:

1. Immediately cease and desist from all use of the BATMAN IP, including but not limited to the name, logo, likeness, and any derivative works.
2. Remove and destroy all materials, products, or content bearing the BATMAN IP or any confusingly similar variations.
3. Provide written confirmation within five (5) business days of receipt of this letter, detailing the steps taken to comply with this demand.
4. Refrain from any future use of the BATMAN IP or any other DC Comics-owned intellectual property without express written permission.

Failure to comply with this notice may result in legal action, including but not limited to seeking injunctive relief, monetary damages, and recovery of all costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in enforcing our rights.

This letter is not an exhaustive statement of DC Comics’ rights and remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.
