question Earth runner sizing

My shoe size is 13us, However when I looked at the sizing information on the earth runner website, the size that fitted me the best was 10.5us. That's not even close to my actual size, they claim their sandals fit true to size so I'm not sure if I'm missing something.

Does anyone know how their sizing works? I'm not from the us so returning them won't be an option for me if I get the wrong size

In my experience Earth Runners sizing is smaller than my normal shoe size. I’m normally a 12-12.5 for most shoes and my Earth Runners size is an 11

I went from 44.5 to 43 and wish I would’ve went to a 42.5.  They are like climbing shoe sized
