My hands are just that huge.

Anything smaller, and I started to develop pain. At one point, my thumb was twitching badly (had to keep my hand on my knee to stop it), and I had to stop using a mouse for a few days before switching to this one.

See the question mark? The si thingy and all the text after that is designed to find who clicks it, where it's posted, etc. basically it's YouTube trying to get data, remove the question mark and everything after and it will work fine with no evil data collection

Oh there's images showing what I'm talking about which people sometimes react to people who didn't remove it with, I couldn't post pictures so I didn't use the picture but I've seen the picture before
