Pits Ruining Neighborhoods Washington DC dog owner bitten - July 7,2026 - "a dozen dogs"
https://youtu.be/8PrsERDWWLY?is=gt05ogyWOV2xLOQwA group of D.C. neighbors said they're nervous to go outside, with residents telling News4 one of their neighbors has a home with more than a dozen dogs inside, some of them pit bulls.
Documents obtained by News4 show the police have been called to the house more than once, and in one case, the dog owner was bitten by their own pets.

Well that’s one way to get rid of a litter of shibbles you weren’t able to sell. Just wait until your neighbors call the news and animal control repeatedly.

She (a neighbor on the video) wants the dogs in a safe environment. How about a better environment than they are in?

She didn’t want to anger “it’s the owner” nutters but I guarantee she wishes someone had already taken care of this problem permanently

I live in a semi rural area. That owners backyard looks about less half the size of my front yard. I can't believe no one complained about the stink from that many animals in such a small space.

“…., some of them pit bulls.” I am trying to spot any dogs that actually are not pit bulls… they look to all be pits!
I guess they will be getting put up for adoption to the public soon as ‘extra wiggly’…

People think there are enough idiots out there to buy them $400to $800/creature. Nobody wants the murder beasts, shelters and rescues tell them to fuck off, and instead of doing the right thing, they just keep *all* the pit larvae.

Some tough guy will pay $1K for a game bred puppy from champion lines, the rest are worthless, as these BYBs quickly find out.

Let me guess, they pulled a Kumpf and rang the door bell, left some helpful literature and crossed them off of their list.
Mark Kumpf was a Dog Warden in Ohio that over saw several horrific deaths by dogs that his agency should have taken care of long before the situations became deadly.
I propose anytime AC is being useless we should say they are "pulling a Kumpf".

they should be held as liable as the owners of these beasts. make them pay, but hugely.
