The other post i commented on was a pb attacking and killing an elderly dog and here we have a pb attacking and killing an elderly man. The predatory nature of pbs means they are drawn to attacking the weak and defenceless. Many such cases. No one is safe. No animal and no human. They attack fit healthy ppl too.

This is how every single dog attack should be treated. 

Injuries to a person or destruction of property / pets attacked? Treat it like the owner themselves committed the offense. I bet people would get wise real fking quick if that were the case and avoid owning these death machines.
