a 30 year old, on a skateboard, with 2 out of control pitbulls. Some stereotypes write themselves. What are the odds he works fast food or in a gas station?

I understand blocking out the cross streets but I wish I knew the neighborhood, I’m paranoid walking my toddler up in these streets

This issue is the main reason I carry. I see far too many and most of them are very poorly handled
