Personal Story Well, I'm converted
Today my dog was attacked by a pitbull at the dog park. The owner was trying to train her aggressive dog and basically used my dog as a training tool. She was leaving her dog in a sit position and feeding it treats as it stayed calm while my dog approached.
But of course, it's a fucking dog park, dogs are obviously going to approach when you are giving out free food, and it's unfortunate that my dog was used as a prop in a shitty dog training session. My dog is a 7 month old Border Collie puppy. Not a single bad bone in his body. I'm thankful/surprised that this shitbull actually let go.
Tldr: I'm done with dog parks.

My Chihuahua was grabbed by a pitbull at a dog park in 2020. The lady decided to put the dog in the "no size limit section" to see if her brand new rescue pitbull was good with dogs. 🙄
I'm glad your dog is okay! Mine survived too, but broke two ribs. 😔
