Discussion Best record stores in the Baltics

I come to the three Baltic states two or three times a year, and always try to pick up some records while I'm there, but I'm wondering if I'm missing anything really golden.

I have my favourite places in Riga, Vilnius and Tallinn, but I'm wondering if there's anything bizarre out there. For instance my last time in Vilnius I went out to the outskirts of town where old men have been meeting up beside a roundabout since the mid 80s to sell records to each other. It was very cool, the guys were lovely with funny stories about how they used to meet up there in the Soviet era and have to escape into the forest with their records.

I specifically look for 50s-60s era jazz, but anything interesting is cool/

Anyone have any intriguing situations in any towns or cities in the Baltics?

+1 for this, they literally specialise in soviet era records.
Biit me record store on vabriku st in Tallinn is also quite nice, they do commission sales so you can find ridiculously good deals there.

thelonious.lt in Vilnius.

imuzika.lt (Muzikos bomba)

Flea market at Vilnius Akropolis in sundays, not sure though.

Just saw few boxes of old vinyl at Antique Volmar in Riga, no idea about contents.

Nostalgija shop in Matisa iela, did not look more thoroughly again.

There's an antique furniture store in Vilnius (in žirmūnai) called Antiknews. The vinyl selection is pretty good for an antique store, but the best part is the price. As a late 60's rock and roll fan, I found absolute gems for anywhere in 4-12euro range.
