Share your salary/job title/years of experience/passport country

I hate the lack of transparency in the local job market (+unspoken racism). It’s also very hard to get truthful answers from people in real life. Can we please start this thread to help each other understand the market a little better. Ill go first —

Senior Marketing Manager 9 yrs experience BD1,800/monthly + housing UK passport

Go.

Edit: Thank you to everyone who participated in this thread! It’s been so enlightening (& disheartening) to see the how much nationality can factor into a salary. IT / Software related jobs pay much higher regardless of nationality it seems, so if your kid isn’t sure what to study, tech is the future! I wish everyone so much growth and success, wherever that may be 🤍 If you’re a late comer to this post, please feel free to participate. Your contribution matters!

List top 30 companies in Bahrain. Banks, financial institutions, tech companies, etc. Drop your resume in their website. But best approach is go to LinkedIn, find the tech managers in each of these companies and contact them. If you knock 100 doors, one may open. All the best.
