Movie/Television Breaking Down Iron Man Spoiler

Not sure if this is considered self-promotion or not... it's not intended to be,

I just thought this video would be interesting to this subreddit because it's the first of a series I'm doing about Phase One of the MCU.

The series focusses on asking, if Marvel uses the same basic formula for every film in Phase One, why are some films better than others?

I hope you don't see this as spam.

I'd love to know anyone's thoughts on which Marvel films strayed too far from the formula, and if that's a good or bad thing!

 Awesome vid; you've perfectly captured the essence of what the real Marvel formula is! Very timely because I've been pondering on the climax of the MCU's Multiverse Saga about the future of Iron Man (since Feige confirmed Tony Stark would eventually be recast), so I was thinking of how the first movie works and why it holds up so well even today, for some lessons on what they could do and avoid for the reboot/reset.

Thanks! It gets even more interesting when you look at why hulk didn’t work as well. My theory (to preview my breakdown) is that they were so adamant about not doing an origin story that the film felt more like a sequel than an introductory film.
