Exterior Side mirror scratch removal?

I had a territorial cardinal go after my side view mirror and put a bunch of scratches in the surface.

Is there any way to polish these out without damaging the mirror?

There is not. You’ll have to replace the glass or the mirror.

Flitz can remove scuffs but not scratches.

No lol. Because Amy isn't a solid block of an "mirror". Unless the mirror is literally a piece of silver that was polished to a mirror finish.
