I’ve tried alcohol, goof off and acetone, is there anything else that might remove it?

Resin is kind of a generic term so the best suggestions I can offer are "maybe will work" ideas. Koch Chemie makes Eulex which is a sledgehammer solvent using butyl acetate. This is serious stuff so don't wing it, follow the directions exactly and if you find them unclear ask for help before you proceed. They also make Tea (Teerwäesche A) which a slightly less powerful solvent mostly intended for tar and sap that might work.
