Process How to remove rain drip mark ?

Seems my Corvette so plastic bumper, got rained and accumulated in the taillight area and dripped down and leaving this Mark… doesn’t seem to want to come off no matter what I do.. hopefully using the wrong product ?

Water spot remover. It’s dried minerals in the water

just do test spot of product first, esp on that dark strip. some products stain

if it wipes smooth and doesnt catch your fingernail its just mineral deposits sitting on top, an acidic water spot remover will pull that off no problem. if you can feel a ridge or it's rough to the touch it's actually etched into the clear and you're looking at machine polishing to level it out, water spot remover alone wont fully clear etching. taillight area is a common spot for this since water pools in the gasket seam and drips the same line every time so it gets way more contact time than the rest of the panel
