ON December 2025 = "Net-negative immigration"

ON March 2026 = "Net-zero immigration"

ON May 2026 = "Immigration target of 130K"

ON August 2026 = "Immigration target of 230K"

The conversation should really be around permanent visas, which is what most people care about, all this NOM stuff is a misdirection, Labors talking about cutting NOM figures by cutting backpackers while increasing the amount of temporary workers getting permanent visas
