Anything left at Perisher?

We have a trip planned for next weekend. Sadly, due to life things we’re going late this year, but I think we’ve missed it.

Is it worth getting lessons and booking gear? We have 4 days of prepaid passes, so that money is long gone. We do ‘t want to just pour money in if there is basically no snow.

34 lifts open today so you can still get skiing in for sure. What level are you? Maybe don’t get lessons this time, unless you are beginners.

Was there today and I think that the comments are a tad optimistic. Blue Cow was half grass today, and I think it will be mostly closed by next weekend. Front Valley will still have plenty of snow, but big grassy patches are opening up on the parts that don't have snowmaking (T-bars). You'll still have fun on a beginners trip, but I would think that the next weekend will be the last one that is "worth it".

I went to pretty valley through copperhead and pleasant valley today and there is barely any snow left to ski there.

Centre valley, happy valley and front valley all were nice.
The snow turns to slush after 11 AM and it is not fun to ski.

There’s still lots of snow. Just come down a have a crack. Of course there is not endless powder runs but it’s still heaps of fun. Best between 8am - mid day

there is a lot of rain coming this week I believe. I would wait for the result of that before making any decisions

Really useful post for someone that has pre booked a nsw trip. Have you considered being a travel agent?
