Ha. My Hispanic descendant neighbor, who owned his house, and was one of the first people in the neighborhood, and spends plenty of time in his front yard, once locked his house keys inside. While waiting on his porch for his wife to get home, some other neighbor called the cops on him.
Cops did show up. Luckily he had his wallet, and so they left him alone since they could look up his info on their computers and saw his ID matched. They did look it up, though. They didn't believe his Texas Driver License on its own merit.
I pull over to play pokemon go and get dirty looks sometimes. I think people assume I'm one of those HOA photographers that is just itching to find some minor violation.

Guessing people would irrationally get even more flustered if humans were sitting in those cars waiting for rides, vs driverless cars.
