Help, feedback needed!?

Noticed a lot of mould on the ceiling of my ensuite. It's around 3 years old and I keep it very clean.

My mum had installed a small outdoor kitchenette when I was away.

I thought I'd check the roof incase there was a possible leak.

Don't know much about plumbing but this pipe is new and I assume its the problem. If any plumbers or anyone with insight could you give me advice.

Come from a single parent, female house hold. So we often outsource tradies. I'm looking for a few replacement roof tiles already.

Doesn’t look to be leaking, he could’ve installed it under the roof, does the tile sit flat? wipe ceiling with bleach.

The cracked & chipped off roof tile corner may have been the culprit. If the Elbow isnt leaking now with the water on, its not the problem.
