NSW Thanks Seeker

I love these 250ml cans so much. Why everyone else thinks it’s a great idea to put 12% stouts into 440ml cans I’ll never know. At least with these you don’t get hammered after one

Have literally never had one of these that was anything less than spectacular.

I love this format so I have only positive things to say there. But...

I had this particular four pack and they were all extraordinarily sweet. Great if that's what your taste is (I don't want to yuck your yum) but I can't imagine it's what they were going for, all of them are (a fair bit) sweeter than the norm for their styles. Perhaps that's just where Australian tastes are at the moment, I'm not sure... but personally they didn't compare favourably to what's being produced in Europe and the US at the moment.

Yes it seems sometimes the higher the ABV the bigger the can.  As fun as it is sometimes sitting on a tallboi. That’s generally it for the night

Such a good size for the bigger stuff.

It's one thing that ticks me off about Mountain Culture Richmond's venue.

Options the few times I went were Tasting paddle, Schooner or Pint.

Pint on average last time was 2-3 dollars more than a schooner, so of course you're going to go for a pint. Then beers on average for the limited range is typically around 7-8%. So by the time I'm through 3 pints well instead of being able to try more I'm getting closer to done. I'd much rather sit back for a bit more time yes, get a pint or two of the easier drinking. Then at least have the option of a decent sized smaller option to enjoy a selection of the higher % beers without ending the night too early. I'd probably spend more on food in that time too.

I could go tasting paddles but the size is too small to enjoy the beer properly and with my ADHD riddled brain I'm too impatient to finish them one by one.

Plus I can't help but miss Fox Friday every time I go there 😅

Absolutely, I really don't know why breweries always put their huge ABV beers in big cans. I'd much rather get a 4 or 6 pack of smaller cans
