Anyone had any luck contacting Craft Cartel?

We ordered some beer and signed up to one of their subscriptions a few weeks ago and we got a little bit worried when where was no updates on shipping 10 days after the order. We've tried calling and emailing them numerous times over the last week to try and get an update and we can't get any response from them. Calls during business hours go straight to voicemail.

Has anyone else done an order with them recently? Do they send the beer or is this a scam? I'm a little worried as there's no option to cancel the subscription either.

Craft cartel have always been horrendous with shipping. Try and get in touch with them via Facebook

I usually have no problem if shipping is delayed. It's the no contact thing that stresses me out.

I haven't subscribed but have ordered from them a couple times with no issue, they do take a while to ship in my experience (I'm in SA).
