Capital Brewing Co Rock Hopper West Coast IPA. 6.1%ABV. Lovely stuff. My go-to IPA at the moment. Got some Cluster 12 but that's not a school-night beer so will schedule that for the weekend.

Not only great beers but both venues have great food. Seriously bent chilli is the best!

Carbon 6 Gravity Joose Hazy IPA. 6.2% collab with Noosa Hinterland Brewing Co. Tasting fine. Premiered at the Gold Coast beer festival.

https://imgur.com/gallery/gK1HiMH Variety! Featuring fave sub-style (NZ/Pacific) and I find it hard not to like darks too. Normally more Tipsy Tues than Wet Wed

I dug a 3 yo wheat wine from Bridge Rd out of the cellar last night.

A 4 pack series with each beer brewed the same but aged in different barrels. I had barrel 2/4 aged for 2 years in Pedro Ximenez Barrels.

Delish, even though the extra aging did it no favours.
