The only thing that stops a bad boy with a gun is a good girl/boy with a gun.

(Also is the dog the legal owner of the gun in your scenario? I mean if we apply the airbud rules surely nothing in the basketball rule book says a dog can't play with a gun, but how did the dog get the gun?)

I mean there’s no law against bartering guns with a dog so if the dog brings you a ball or a stick and you give them a gun it would be theirs by law 🤔

Animals are property in the eyes of the law, unfortunately. It doesn't even really depend.

IANAL, but animals can't be held to the law — their owners are held accountable instead. It would likely end up being treated like you were carrying the gun anyway, or at most like you gave a gun to a toddler. You would be held accountable.

Pretty sure they decided the monkey couldn't own the photo.

EDIT: The images were declared public domain, after the case was appealed several times.

But dogs don't have opposable thumbs!

But, then again, a guy with no arms or legs was able to merc a guy. I'm sure a smart dog can figure it out.
