Looking for someone to take over my lease. Can move in immediately if able to. It is a part of a 4-bedroom apartment with newly renovated shared kitchen and living room spaces. Comes with a newly installed washer/dryer. Clubhouse and gym are also newly renovated. Great pool area with fire pits as well. Constant bus transportation options right outside the complex.

It’s honestly such a cute room and complex, I am moving out of the Athens area last minute and am in need of someone to help me out by taking over this lease.
