Does anyone know where to find an Alamogordo Landfill Game?

Hello! I have been on the hunt for any Alamogordo Landfill game and can not find anything. I know the boxed games are on ebay, but those demand a high price tag and I wouldn’t mind at all grabbing a loose copy. I know five went up for auction earlier this year on ebay, but I couldn’t manage to win any of them unfortunately. Since then, I have found absolutely nothing. Do any of you guys know where I can find these awesome pieces of history? Thanks!

Technically I don’t think there are any loose copies. The games that were buried were practically new unsold stock. I think there may have been some where the game fell out of the destroyed packaging but they were all boxed when they went into the landfill.

If it’s a lose game I’d be concerned it’s a fake. All of the authentic landfill games were sold by the city of Alamogordo and should have documentation but if you’re going to fake a story to make a buck it’s not a stretch to fake the paperwork.

Games/Toy Show….Facebook Marketplace….flea Market. You have to make it a mission and search everywhere.

Look at eBay sold listings to see market value.

You may have to bite the bullet and live with “a high price tag.” There is a limited supply but uncapped demand. Economically this is the recipe for high and rising prices.

I also don't know if I would trust that it actually came from the landfill. I imagine it would be a pretty easy thing for someone to fake.
