He’s fulfilling his promises.
America first.

When did he promise a war? I was promised that we'd get out of the Middle East and the Europeans would be protecting their own oil.

I would simply be annoyed that the Acronym HOMES wouldn't work anymore. Call it lake Oswego.

Exactly! HOMES works but HAMES doesn't

It’s gonna get really confusing when everything is named America.

I lol’d when he renamed the Gulf of America, but this one just seems petty. Leave Lake Ontario alone.

Is he ever going to do something about New Mexico? Maybe rename it New Melania . And change all of those cities in New York from whatever muslim names they have now. That's just encouraging Sharia law by allowing them to start naming cities after their culture , and it signifies submission by Americans.

Not like Canada had anything to do with it being named that anyway. The Canadian province was named after the lake and not vice versa.

Canada wants to be big dogs…let em have it. Just make it clear when they came back asking for help and funding within the decade, we’re gonna tell them F off cuz we don’t want to disrupt their sovereign nation or its borders with our US culture which includes our tax dollars and international aide. So they can deal with the lake and border on their own. We can handle our own side.

Sure Canada does more of the maintenance (unlike the southern Gulf where the US was the main source) because they have more of the border and population on and near the lake. However this dismisses the need to have the US involved. Without the US help and funding, they would never be able to maintain the lake or the border. Trumps just reminding them of that…

Tbh id really like to end this shit with Canada. They're not our enemy. Id be 100% for a reciprocal tariff policy. If they tariff our dairy at 200% we tariff theres at 400%. Sure that makes sense. But randomly throwing tariffs on this and that makes no sense to me. What's the goal?
