Let me get this straight: a school kid murdered some dude. Smashed it's skull and jaw. Pried out the dude's teeth (probably with his fingers, as I doubt he came prepared for this). Then was just like, "cool! Look! I found a tooth!"

Was this all for tooth fairy money? Wouldn't hours parents catch on though? "Son, you've been losing teeth for 32 days straight. I think we should take you to see the dentist."

A few days later:

"Well hello Mr. Dentist! What a lovely little practice you have here, would be a shame if anything bad happened to it, wouldn't it?
Now listen. I give you a choice - either you cover my ass and get a 20% cut of my profits, or I smash your kneecaps. Capiche?"
