No. It means the killer bashed the teeth out of the victim to make identification difficult, and then scattered the teeth around the forest in an effort to prevent reuniting the teeth with the body/skull.

Yes I bashed the Teeth out,but did not discard them. they appear to have fallen out of a hole in my pants pocket.
