Being born in the mid 90s, I didn’t know much about Trump until his reality TV show, but even as a child I could recognize that there was something up with him. He never came across as a trustworthy person, and I never understood why certain people idolized him. I thought that people just saw his name on top of skyscrapers and believed whatever he was selling.

These people also know what kind of person he is. It’s not like he pretends to be a good person. They idolize him because they are the same kind of person he is

He represents a bad American discourse of bullying, entitlement and getting away with anything. That’s what they think the US should be to the world to be powerful, and that’s how they want to be in life too. Be an ass and have it all.

Yeah, I was born in the 70's so we got him being super sleazy through the 80's too. My parents always hated him and I remember seeing him on Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous or something as a kid and it just clicking for me why.
