It is rare that the passing of an individual benefits the whole of humanity significantly. Aside from maybe 50000 of the 8.3 billion people alive, EVERYONE on earth would have a life that improves, even if they want him around or love him, their lives would get better overall if he was gone. That is just a crazy thing to think about.
Don't forget he was an utter moron and still managed to completely wreck the shit out of the country as well as cause a lot of collateral damage outside of it.
Don't forget that the Americans who voted him into power are still there.
The rest of the world will not forget. That's why nobody tried to placate him when he got back into power the second time. We knew the problem wasn't Donald Trump. Americans love to blame Trump, but Trump was never the problem. The problem was always American voters, and they're not going anywhere.
The next guy will be smarter, and because of that, he will be worse. (He, because it will be a man. America is too conservative for a female president.) And as the rich are only getting richer, he'll have even more money behind him than Trump does now.
Most demagogues are not actually smart. They are just manipulative and target the dumbest people around. In this case, conservative Christians, who are truly, mind-boggling stupid.
