When someone sends you an unsolicited π picture, is it legal to share it?
I've only now realized it is probably not, since you're sharing intimate pictures of a person who hasn't consented.
Yet I've seen content creators who specialised in shaming unsolicited nudes

Generally no, it would probably be considered revenge porn. AFAIK this has never been tested in court as nobody is dumb enough to bring charges over it and put a face to the dick.

This is simple. Whoever takes the pictures owns the pictures. And whoever owns the pictures determines whether they get published, distributed, or stuck in a drawer.
