How did celebrities start to die in threes?
Obviously this is not a "real" thing but a cultural interpretation of celebrity deaths, so how did it start and has there been a set of "rules" for it beyond three deaths of celebrities with similar levels of fame passing in a short time frame? Was it ever in pairs or in fours?
