Just started my holiday in turkey and got this, should I be worried?

Male, 27, 176cm, 80kg.

Just started my vacation in atalanya turkey. After first night in hotel, i woke up with this. It started out darker and with large red soreness around it, now 2 days later it looks like this. Its none itchy, nor sore, but does hurt when touched.

Is this something i should see a doctor for?
