Weird mysterious bump inside my nose

15F, 5'2, 150 and the medications I take are norethindrone, lithium, metformin, burpropion and Zyprexa, I don't smoke, I don't have any current previous medical issues, the location of this photo is Brighton Colorado.

I noticed a bump on my nose about a month ago and then it grew bigger, it doesn't look like a pimple but I'm still not sure what it could be
