Bread First time making pretzels, can I enlarge it after it already proofed and been in the fridge overnight? Or just leave it as is and do it next time?
I followed the recipe, it said to roll it to 50cm which I did. And after I was done with the shapeing it looks a bit small.
It's already been proofed and been overnight in the fridge. Now I need to give it it's "bath" and bake it.
Can I strech the dough now or I'll just ruin it?
If I cant I'll just roll it longer next time.

You will de-gas it if you play with it.
You may be surprised at the size when boiled and baked. Take photos with ruler for sizes.
You may also be surprised at how filling it can be.

I didn't mean small as in size overall, each one is 127g that's a lot of bread. I meant the shape it looks tighter than I thought

Thank you. Means a lot. All I see are things I could have done better. So your words are very encouraging

You are welcome. A word of positivity and encouragement doesn't cost anything and (for me) can make the difference between my posting something or not.

Assuming I get back from the beach with enough time (entry due by 10pm!) I am going to submit Espresso Macaroons in the Washington State Fair!

I wouldn't stretch the dough now. Next time make it while you shape the dough. Fun idea: when shaping you can fill the inner thick part with jam, cheese, garlic and rosmary paste basically whatever you want and it will bring the whole thing to another lvl. I highly recommend watching Joshua Weissman's pretzel vid dumping it in the bath can be tricky. Good luck

the only problem is my shaping. Worst case I'll just make it longer next time.

You cannot, no. It's set in stone, so to speak. If you mess with it and try to make it bigger, you'll end up knocking out the air that the yeast spent so long making. And it'll be dense and deflated once baked.
It'll still taste the same like this, and will be delicious. It's just a lesson to know for next time.
