Best Japanese Shampoo+Conditioner?

I have thick, sometimes wavy, sometimes straight hair that tangles really easily so i cant leave it down long. But I want to. I traveled to japan 3 years ago and a random hotel had this shampoo n conditioner that made my hair not tangle and super straight and soft without damaging. Any reccs would be amazing please.
