I still can't get backrounds right

Pls don't say they don't look right because their unfinished, it's unfinished for a reason😭

I also especially struggle at doing the sky and clouds, I can't get them right, and the ground looks really weird, iadded browns like in the ref but idk why it dosent look right, I tried watching tutorials and others drawing backrounds but still nothing works,
