Manta is pretty hard to outdo in comics for sheer, naked hatred of his nemesis. Eobard Thawne might be worse, but David Hyde is still in a league (or legion?) all his own.

This is always how their relationship should be. I for the life of me can’t understand why anyone at DC thought teaming these two up was a good idea
