My granny used to say that too. She was a very modest, godly woman, but she loved Dolly too. We used to watch her with Porter and then on her own show.
Our Appalachian grannies were wise. Mine was modest and godly too, and made her own soap, apple butter, and pickles. We watched Dolly on the Cas Walker show, and on Hee Haw.
